Following the success of the first DAF we purchased from Chassis Cab in Ipswich, two further new trucks were ordered for the Southern fleet. The first arrived from the factory in Leyland to be prepped by Mike Dixon in our Hull workshop. With weight-saving and aerodynamics critical, the trucks have been specified to operate as sustainably as possible. These trucks also have new technology which includes the camera mirrors. Delivery time of the trucks was especially important and Chassis Cab have met our expectations.
